sheild now includes cloak of unseen, mastery of the ring, scepter, ulti orb, prismatic, and now ur also gonna need the terta essence? i dont get it -.-

not sure if this is a bug, but poison nova will not deal final damage to creeps, they will have the effect icon like it is hurting them but their health will stay at like 2.

not a bug. its a high powered poison buff, and poison doesnt kill enemies. that would make the skill imba as hell lvl 1 and a 1 shot kill on an entire creep spawn?. :O no way

^^yep.

The reason the skill is allowed to deal so much damage, is that it cannot deal the final blow. If it could, you can cast it on a 7 creep spawn, run to the next, and cast it again, as the first spawn is dying.

Monsoon is a 5 second channel; eventually, you are better off attacking for that 5 seconds.

^^yep. dont want this topic to get too off topic, but that means that the imm shild will cost a shit load more if it need the prismatic sheild. in that case might as well build up to gloves or boots as ur first immortals item, unless you buff the sheild.

Shield now has 95% spell reduction.

In a game where spells are now important, it is a really choice item to buy.

So heard from a pub...the flag bug is back. He had the flag and got switched teams while he was carrying it, then he became able to cap the flag over and over and over again and it never dropped.

dear jesus.... I swear to god; because of this switch feature, I have had to re-script the entire game... and by entire game, I mean about 75% of the 450 pages of triggers...

but, thanks for finding this. Try to test out really strange team swap situations; im sure you can find a dozen more bugs for me.

i vote to just take it out, im finding that evening the teams by taking a player from the greater team and giving it to the lesser... really doesnt change the swing of the game at all.
if it takes the rapist player thats clearly the best in the game, well, he still is a rapist and the other team gets pissed that they are getting raped by their ex start player. or if it sends the noob of the game to the lesser team it pisses them off that they have to deal with this noob now and ragequit with their ally that decided to quit.
of course, if you like it then by all means keep it. im not complaining, just giving you the okay go if you were wanting to just rid it from the game Razz
also, kick feature please? make it a voting system to prevent abuse but for christs sake we need SOME sort of kick system.

you see, I argued that same thing for quite a while. Especially since I have managed to defeat many opponents who tried a banish, WC, atma beam build on me. But I just played a game against fats and undead; both are within the top 5 players. They were killing us pretty decently. It wasnt a slaughter, but verti (my ally) was a little busy IRL, and he would occasionally forget to combine items ECT. **points finger** but either way, it wasnt a bad loss, but we were slipping. Then I got my atma beam staff. I started to destroy them. Evven after they stacked on all their spell damage reduction, I was doing too much damage for a 6K atma beam. They also had AMS; and when they used it, it made my damage mundane.

HOWEVER, due to the potential for it to become OP; I would rather just nerf the beams down a little, than to have a massive problem in the future.

However, keep in mind, until i destroyed undead and fats, I was sided with you guys, on keeping the values. With the new damages, they will still be very potent, though they will not be over powered under the right circumstances.

But would you still have crushed them if they had had avatar or hex or...idk anything else that counters spells? also for the record yes i was feeding my baby and playing at the same time lol and we still won...i even contributed...maybe not as much as i could have but i was helping some... especially once i got my mask Smile

lol, yeah, it was (off topic) hilarious once we had both atma beams going... with slow ward, poison nova, and banish... But that is what made it OP; how easy it was for us, mostly with the use of items, to 1 shot 1 kill a skilled player with a good build. Didnt take skill, or really, anything but a click.

ever noticed that you sometime dont get money from creeping? probably about 1 kill every 30. wheather its either static shock, splash, bloodbath, auto attack, it happens everygame, not that big of a deal, but kinda sucks when you have 30 seconds on the clock, you need 300 gold from a creep to run in base and get an item that will make u win... and the creep doesnt give bounty...

creeps that will ks you include-
harpy queen, ancient hydra, any level 10 dragon, and zerglings. i ALWAYS kill these guys first to prevent the ks.

I've been away for a week so not sure the newest beta version but a couple things.

-If beam is nerfed would price for mask be cheaper (i personally dont think it needs to be nerfed since there are so many items/moves that give spell reduct, the lighting shield can even block every certain amount of seconds)

-I don't know about newest version but before you actually could get immortal armor. Me and soul played a game before and rag started dropping the armor and sword (whether or not rag was defeated) I had mentioned this before but no one seemed to address the rage thing (in a previous post i asked what rag is supposed to drop if it is always stats)

-In regards with the immo shield stacking masks allows you to stack health regain, statcking shields doesnt allow you to stack spell reduct and although price is same as mask and boots, you need essences which may take more time to get, during that time you could be farming or killing which could be better (opportunity cost, cost of doing one thing but not doing another in simple terms) i kind of feel like shield shouldnt need the highest 'new' shield, possibly just need an omega orb
