Yeah I know what you mean when I was a kid I used to be able to train all day and it wouldn't matter, but now that I'm older.I can't do it as much as I used.I Shattered both bones of my right arm into tiny fragments. It hasn't been right since.
I can curl 50lb with my left arm but only 25lb with my right before the bones start to hurt.I sort of wish I had the x-rays to post they are gnarly.

I know what you meant I am also starting to work again so my time is limted as well. But I can't work out as much as I would like to I wish I could If it's a lite bar like 80lb or so I can do 70reps or so in a set but I can't do a lot of weight because my arm gives out. Before I fucked it up I could do 140 and I was in middle school. It's also the reason I type so fucked up because I can't feel my hand some times.I mean to press the keys but my hand just sits there it's a bitch.

Third class i had, my master made us both (its almost always just me and a girl that do the adult group) hold a horse riding stance for 10 minutes while doing constant center punches as hard and fast as possible while yelling (ki-ing hup) at the same time... I could barely move the next day and went into school late.... which never happens

Horse stance is the base stance for 70% of all martial arts drived from kung fu which was a fighting style started in the montains of china by peaceful munks who were being stolen from and killed by bandits till they broke code and fought back.

i have enough natural talent to not need much training =D. Once i get my blackbelt in tkd this summer, im going to take boxing and leave it at that. Unfortunately ive cancelled TKD atm, cuz school and work interfere with me going =( but i do all the forms i know every morning, with some combinations and stuff so i dont get rusty.

Edit: When i do knuckle pushups, i keep them on the index and ring finger by my sides and i do little hops and move forwards with them, i have not tried clap knuckle pushups, but i did try a double clap regular pushup once, and hit my face on the floor and got a nosebleed, luckily no1 saw =D

Edit: I am good at horsestance, i can do it with a bowstaff on my legs and hold it for about 5 minutes, but i don't like it, because its such a bad stance to fight in. Weird how so many CHA players take martial arts, who says video games make u lazy? Most of my RL friends drink, as well as smoke cigarettes all day, NOOBS!!

thats why i train every day so i dont get a smack my face on the floor when i do push ups if everyone would train an hour a day in anything phyical they would last so much longer my seifu died last year at the age of 108 he could do knockle claps and and throw 350 pound guys around the room like paper waights.

now thats what i call awesome. Tae kwon do is nothing like that in my opinion. Based on today's current standards, it has become to focused around the olympic sport and less on individual improvement of your body in regards to fighting.

I do knuckle pushups on my inner knuckles, but my fighting style is to hang back and take out their arms as they keep blocking my round houses, until of course theres an opening then i go for the solar plexus (sparring) or the lower spine/neck with either a roundhouse, back kick, or back jumping crescent. My punches i reserve for the first strike to either the nose, windpipe chin, or sternum. Depending on how badly i want to damage them....

My work out is usually based towards agility, speed and acrobatics. He makes me jog laps while doing somersaults, wall jumps, and sprints when he found out that i was a high jumper and i grew up playing hockey so i have strong thighs and quick feet

Also i do think martial arts has GREAT long term effects, my gpa has gone up a full point, im more respectful and im in the best shape of my life. Anyone reading this that doesnt do a martial art and has open time at all should most definitely pick it up

JohnXL, much respect man... i need to push myself for those things that you do as soon as you wake up for fun...

I like doing things unexpected like jumping in the air grabing there arm with my legs and riping them to the ground me going head first to the ground bouncing of my arms and slaming them in to the ground spine firsts or dodging somting spliting the legs with my feet and head bang fights dont last very long with me come to think of it i havent had a real fight since hmmmmm i was 16

no one is trained enough that likes to fight at least not as much as i do i pick fights with gangs in Nj

just for entertainment. since i live so far away from the area they cant find me

I just like to spar lol, im too small to mess with any gangs... Around where i live we just have rednecks who only fight with the moves they see on the UFC (they hug for like 5 minutes and then get put into detention) Most try not to fight me, as ive gathered the reputation as the tough lil bitch who plays hockey hahaha... I have a pic of me doing my favorite move somewhere, ill post it for ya guys if you want (beware im shirtless in it)
