PostSubject: The Moose of legendary proportions   Tue Feb 16, 2010 12:02 am

'Ello all, i am Legend_of_Moose and ive been on bnet for about... 3-4 years now! I used to play island defense and vampirism beast inhouse but both games died and so i picked back up on CHA! I originally played CHA when everyone got FS and nova and was a shaman of a clan at some point (i dont remember the name, it died within a month or two)

Now for the person controlling the moose! I live in Baltimore MD USA. I play hockey skate for fun, and i will usually will find a girl to hook up with on weekends but nothing is guaranteed... I find myself somewhat funny (at least i try) and i feel like a nice guy

Post any questions and i will answer!!!

tung soo do is newer variation on TKD, this does not make it a predecessor, or more serious then real TKD, which is an Olympic event. Oh, and welcome and stuff.

Tung Soo Do is the original Korean war art and when i say serious, i mean its made for discipline and pretty much ending fights in one hit... Usually killing them

taking Kung fu from a traditional school learning Tien Shan Pai Wudangquan as well as trained in iron bone training for 18 years I boxed in school and in Juvy

tien shan pai discipline and counter-attacks and stances

wudangquan strangth and take downs or killing if you want it to be leathal and it herts me if I push it.

Iron bone training because alot of wudangquan does alot of damage to me with few of the common attacks.

Tien Shan Pai is nasty my brother practices it along with Pankration,Judo,Muyi-Thai and most recently Taekwondo. I myself am a student of GO RIN NO SHO as well as Wing Chun,Muyi-Thai,Taekwondo,Lloer-Nrych but ultimately I follow the principals of Jeet Kune Do.

I feel so out skilled by only committing to one school... oh well, i also learned today never to warm up on the heaviest bag with hooks b/c i messed up a punch, and now have a huge ass bump and a bruise on top of a former bruise from nailing the outer two knuckles.... im surprised i didnt break them

(No tape/gloves for those who dont know)

(rubs forhead) if your going to train your fists use a semi heavy bag 60 - 80 pounds

once you have hardend hands which will take a while move to a 100 pound bag

also fist push ups will make you hands solid then you start doing claps with your knuckles to harden your hands more this takes months to a year in order to get hardend hands in 18 years you can punch through solid block and not feel it.

as for multi-schools my seifu was teaching both. the amount of things wraith is learning is things he learns in a single school

plus i think if i went to multible schools when i was younger i would have died. holding a horse stance for 5 mins was hard enough when i was 6 doing it every day INSANE no way in hell then again i can only hold a waighted horse stance for an hour still

I have never trained actively with more than two styles at once at once I do forms for each one or twice a week but the only one I have really been constant with is Lloer-Nrych.Which I picked up at the age of 6 it is my primary.I picked up Taekwondo around the age of 10 and I did both for awhile but I dropped Taekwondo after 3 years. Then I picked up the Muyi-Thai and I did that for about 2 years.I picked up Wing Chun fairly recently maybe a year year and a half ago.I read GO RIN NO SHO a few months ago but the practices of Musashi were already very similar to my own.
