Figured there hasn't been a question in ages.

Q: If you were to chain heal a banish target first would the bounces also be enhanced by 75%?

In terms of coding, no.

Lets say the first heal would be for 1000, and it hits the Banished target. The next bounce would not be increased by banish. The pseudocode could look something like this.

    X = 1000
    Y = X
    Z = 0
    W = Bounces

    Select target for heal
    Heal target for X
    If target has banish debuff, heal for Z (Z = X + 75% of X)

    Repeat W times
    Y = Y * 0.5
    Z = 0
    Target closest friendly unit to original target
    Heal that person for Y
    If target has banish debuff, heal for Z (Z = Y + 75% of Y)

without all that math above, here is an easier way to figure out how banish works:

"Banish changes the targets armor type, which is what increases the spell damage done"

If I have reduced armor, that is the reason I am taking more spell damage (or in this case healing) it does not change the spell being cast.
