PostSubject: Battle.net   Mon Feb 13, 2012 6:23 am

Tried to log on to Battle.net today to play a game of CHA and got this
"Unable to connect to Battle.net...You may be trying to connect to an invalid Battle.net server. If you are using a modem, you may need to manually connect to the internet before connecting to Battle.net."
So I used the BnetDiagTool and turns out I'm IP banned...

+++ Begin connection test with Battle.net server 63.240.202.128
Creating socket...
Binding socket to any available address...
Placing socket into asynchronous mode...
Initiating connection...
Attempting to establish a connection with the server...
Connection established with the server, determining if user is banned...
You appear to be IP banned. Error! 10054

Anybody know a way around it?

it takes a lotttttt to get banned.

try running wc3 as administrator. Right click the icon, click run as administrator. Also, reset your router.

They still monitor WC3? i thought all their time was being spent on Titan, with the exception of an intern working on WoW

Its an Automated system most likely if you got Ip banned someone got your keys for a cd keygen and tried to use them for a bot which continued to auto attempt login while you were online last.Hence your keys are banned not your ip.
